“Mencari Jejak Pangeran Maduratna”
30 March 2010, we went to Pamekasan, which i didn’t know where exactly it is in Madura island until yesterday. I thought it is like 30 minutes or an hour far from Surabaya. But of course i was definitely wrong…because it is 3 hours or 1080 minutes away from Suramadu bridge. It was sunny and you should never wish more sun or you’ll get your skin burned.
Along the way there weren’t too many vehicles around us. We’re driving in this silent road just next to Selat Madura. At 1st i found it really boring, but on my way back to Surabaya i realized that the weather, the sun, and the nature are perfect! So i decided to stop and take some pictures. Here they are….
Last night before went to bed, i went online then found this “Pangeran Maduratna” folklore. There’s believe that the island where he finally lived and died was named after him, and now Indonesian called it MADURA. Actually there’s no strong connection between the title of this post and the folklore, but i kind of like it ^^
